while president trump's travel ban was in effect, we saw scenes like this at dulles airport as travel was citizens of seven countries. we haven't seen such scenes for more than a week because a washington state judge halted trump's executive order. and thursday-- a federal appeals court ruling in california means that halt will continue. we spoke to local advocates on both side of the issue about that ruling. after the court announced it's ruling, president trump tweeted this: "see you in court. the security of our nation is at stake." he is expected to appeal to the u-s supreme court. now-- the ban was set to expire in 90 days, meaning it could run its course before the the issue. but the administration could also change the executive order, and extend it's duration. new this morning-- the white house confirms that president trump has spoken to chinese president xi. it's the first time they have spoken since november 14th when president trump accepted a congratulatory call from the president of taiwan. president trump later questioned washington's "one china policy"-- recognizing chi
