in emeryville haaziq madyun kron4news (james) new this morning... the city of san francisco is reconsidering the sale of a private street. presidio terrace was sold back in 2015 but people who live on the street only learned about it earlier this year. now the homeowners association has filed a lawsuit challenging the sale and questioning whether homeowners were properly notified. a hearing on the lawsuit is scheduled for november. (james) the city of alameda has turned down thousands of dollars in federal grant money because it believes doing so would violate its sanctuary city status. kron 4's charles clifford spoke with alameda's city manager who says ... this was an easy decision to make. well, for the last decade the city of alameda has received between 10,000 and 30,000 dollars per year in grant money from the justice department that's used to buy equipment and supplies for the police department. this year, the city was eligible for about 11,000 dollars but when the application for the funds arrived there was a new requirement include
