abc's erielle reshef has more from northeast. right now-- right now-- bowser is calling for the resignation of a police officer-- who shot and killed an unarmed motorcyclist. nearly a year after terrence sterling's death at third and m streets-- the u-s attorney's office announced that officer brian trainer will not face criminal charges. despite the decision-- mayor bowser says it is still unacceptable that officer camera until after the shooting. officer trainer told investigators that he opened fire after sterling used his motorcycle to ram the officer's police cruiser. still questions this morning after an attempted kidnapping suspect was released from custody only to be arrested again days later. 26-year old marquese bostic was first arrested on july 31st -- when he allegedly kidnapped a woman walking along the potomac near the kennedy center. bostic was charged with assault and released.... then tuesday - park police say they found bostic - this time with his pants down lying on a bench near the vietnam memorial. witnesses
