fairfax county and the city of fairfax under a warping for the second time today. the line of storms. you continue to watch this line making its way through fairly quickly, the entire area under a tornado watch until 8:00. here is one warning, includes northern fauquier county. western loudoun. this storm has died down. the primary storm is toward front royal, back toward the west. we can see that storm be warped storm and the other storm. right now, this storm starting to have a bow and we could see winds punching through northern prince william county along 15 in through portions of loudoun county, south of the sterling areas. this is the airport right here. this is going to go right across dulles over toward reston and reston town center. heads up if you live in this area. this storm could be packing a big punch. frederick county, the lightning associated with this, frederick county, carroll county, the city of frederick mount airy, this strong a strong storm urbana new market, mount area, we will continue to watch these storms moving on through here over the ne

and fairfax. you can see the bouncing. it just falls one time, but it circulates above you in the thunderstorm above you until it becomes so heavy the updraft can't support it. so the stronger the updraft, the larger the hail. you cut the hail, the rings like a time is how many times it's circulated through the thunderstorm. that looks to me about pea size to marble size hail. this is a monster storm, rainfall rate up to 4 inches per hour. so flash flooding will be a problem as well, everything moving south. check out the hail, 2.3 inches and now the hail is down between fairfax and burke. if you're around burke, you'll see hail on burke lake road and league forest. this is moving south and east. burke will get hammered with hail. there's hail in the second storm, thus the other warning going till 5:45 just south and southeast of old town. that has tail about 1 1/2 inches. that's bigger than a quarter. this evening a few heavy storms. i think we'll be okay the next couple hours. hot again tomorrow

police say matthew attacked a woman in 2005 on germantown road in fairfax county. we still don't know a low about the alleged victim. we know she was 26 years old at the time of the attack and now lives in india with her two children. we do know the woman says at the time she was walking home from the grocery store when she was carried into a grassy area. this he was attacked, choked and sexually assaulted. the woman fought back screaming. she scared him off but not before she collected evidence under her fingernails that prosecutors say belongs to jesse matthew. that evidence was connected to a 2009 case, a murder of virginia tech student morgan harrington. matthew has not been charged in that case. he has, however, been charged in the disappearance and death of uva student hannah graham. last week matthew's lawyers requested reporters be banned from the courtroom saying media reports could make it difficult to find an impartial jury. a judge denied that request. the media will be allowed throughout the entire process and we will be there today to bring you update

. >> reporter: live at itself fairfax county courthouse this morning -- at the fairfax county courthouse this morning where we expect a big day where the victim in the jesse matthew trial will be coming forward to give her impact statement. the victim testified last week and identified matthew but not explicitly in the courtroom. she described her attack where she said matthew picked her up, carried her into the woods and molested her. he said he told her he would kill her if she screamed again. matthew entered an alfred plea which essentially means he admit there is is enough evidence to convict him but he does not admit guilt. the testimony has had a big impact on this case. the victim is now a 36-year-old woman who lives in india which is one of the reason requests a lot of people in -- reasons why a lot of people in this case are calling her a hero because she traveled so far away and relived something that happened to her ten years ago. we'll bring you updates later today on wusa9. live in fairfax county, i'm nikki burdine. back to you in the studio. >>> we are expecting to hear a l
