"eyewitness news" reporter justin finch joins us from the scene. that suv has been removed. good morning, justin. >> erika good morning. they have moved that away from the scene. that is a car that careened right into this bank just after two with major front end damage, driver side door has been ripped off. it makes a pretty big destruction inside, ceiling brought dunn to the ground, atm wedged against bank wall power has been shut off here and clearly this bank won't be opened for business today at all. lets get to video at the scene just after 2:00. see an are range dodge charger. that car was struck by the suv just after 2:15 or so going straight in the bank as a result of the impact here. this united bank of philadelphia has had some pretty major front end damage to the doors and windows here. it will likely not be opened for business at all today. here's what we know, there were at least three people inside, they all ran away from the scene shortly after after that accident leaving the driver of that charger here at the scene to talk to police here on the scene. lets g

"eyewitness news" reporter justin finch joins us in east falls with a look at what you can expect this morning. justin, how is it looking? >> erika, good morning, so far so good out here. i have been watching cars come down midvale avenue here. there is a hill up the street here as you can see here the road is pretty much clear for now. slushy underneath. not too icy. good news for drivers making their way out this morning. however, once you get down to river drive, kelly down there, it is a bit more slick a bit more icy. that's a bad combo when you add in all of those turns over there. as for walkers, it will be like i am right now, stumbling overall of this frozen-over snow making your way through snow drift over onto sidewalks that hopefully look more like this than not. pretty clear however you will find some spots that some have not shoveled their sidewalks here, as is the case at ridge and midvale down there. it is also brutally cold this morning. you will notice that, right away. when you open the door. although the temperature says 12-14 degrees, i would say it is more like zer
