i mean i want to florida state. over a decade ago.nize the bar that they talk about in the piece and sort of alcohol culture. and none of that seems to have changed. but the fact that he is a football player, i think probably exacerbated everything in the case. maybe a little more extreme. but 20% of women who go to college, before they leave, are raped. there are huge problems with reporting on college campuses because of instances like this. women don't feel comfortable coming forward and going to the authorities. we know that -- possibly, more than 10% of high school girls are raped before they leave high school. the fact that -- at that age, just 18, 19, they already have a fear of authority. and reports. shows how deep this goes. i think, when it comes to football, definitely it matters. it is extremely profitable. in 2011, $34 million, the fsu football team brought in. all those things matter. at the same time we have to remember this is not uncommon. nothing extra ordinary about what happened. that's a big part of what we need

fsu will only say, quote, we can confirm florida state has been notified by the office of civil rightsnvestigation, however, due to federal and state privacy laws the university can not comment. earlier this week up in tallahassee, winston and the national championship florida state football team held court with lawmakers at the state capitol. according to fox sports, two of winston's teammates have in fact now been punished by the school for violating the school's student code of conduct for what they did that night. one of them, a player, at the football team named risk cashinger, told police he videotaped the sex act in the apartment with his cell phone. later deleted it and threw away the phone. that even tried to engage in the sex act tivity with the other two that night. winston himself, he could also still be punished for a similar code of conduct violations if the school does continue pursuing this. and maximum penalty could be suspension if not ex-pullion for jameis winston. julie: wow, so the investigation how fsu handled the investigation of jameis winston continues. we'll b
