live doppler h.d. showing moisture in the clouds, not hitting the ground. earlier, we had a trace amount in san jose. a few sprinkles in other areas. and certainly some light showers in the sierra-nevada. as we take a look at san jose, it is on tap to be the driest january for this year. driest january ever, .02 inch this year. when you compare it to previous driest januarys, you see where we fare. average rainfall for the month is typically just over three months. and san francisco looks like it's going down in the record books, as well. especially since we're not expecting any rain for the rest of this month. 2015 nothing for san francisco. average is about 4.5 inches. it is great to see pictures like this from our lake tahoe cam. a couple inch doesn't cut it. pretty picture. we need several feet, 60s now san francisco. oakland, pretty mild in san jose. 64 degrees. half moon bay, 57. here's the beautiful view looking forward ocean beach. the numbers are all really in the comfort zone. low to mid 60s right now from santa rosa to livermore. here's another v
