it is backed up from end to end between hayward and foster city. hour, if you normally make the san mateo bridge commute you may want the think about taking the dunbarton bridge instead as the alternative. right now westbound 84 is moving well heading across the dunbarton span. now over at the bay bridge toll plaza, the metering lights are on and traffic has been backed up from the foot of the macarthur maze. the drive time is now up between the carquinez bridge and the maze it's going to cost you a 26 minutes instead of the usual 19. and over at the richmond-san rafael span, traffic has been delayed and westbound once you pay the money traffic is okay heading across the bridge towards san rafael. no major delays for south 101 leaving southern marin this morning but it's been another slow drive for north 101 leaving san jose bound for santa clara. expect to see delays now from capital expressway that stays heavy to tully. mass transit has been great this morning. still no delays for the b.a.r.t. system. ferries or the commuter express. that's a loo
