meteorologist howard bernstein live on the weather terrace this morning. eats see what he's -- let's see what he's wearing. >> a little bit damp. lots of breaks in the cloud cover. partly sunny already. we're going to see a lot of sunshine later today and a beautiful afternoon. here's your day planner. other than the coolness this morning, in spots in the 40s, we've got clouds breaking up. we'll be mostly sunny here in the next few hours and stay that way all afternoon. highs around 70, if not into the low 70s. winds go northeast to southeast at 5 miles an hour. you can see the showers we had yesterday and late last night pulling east of us and still some cloudiness and a little bit of fog here and there this morning. those visibilities are down to a quarter mile in warrenton. that's about the worst of it. a mile and a quarter leesburg so we're seeing improvement there and a mile and a half over at andrews and bwi. temps mid-40s to low 50s. i think you'll need a jacket or sweat shirt if you'll be out for a while. a gorgeous afternoon with high temperatures
