i wanted to quickly follow up on the question regarding israel's assessment of israel's conduct and theoing assessments at the state department. there have been many investigations such as the case of -- what will happen to these investigations, he was here last month demanding justice and answers. will you be able to provide them with answers they were looking for before the january 20 date? >> i don't know the answer to the question. it fundamentally depends on israel finalizing the results of its investigation. the obligation to to deliver justice for an american citizen, to provide answers for an american citizen, that's also not one that expires on january 20. the incoming administration will have the same obligation to speak up for american citizen, to try to find answers for the families of american citizen, to try to drive changes to protect american citizens overseas. they have that same only gailings that we do. if we don't get the final results of that investigation between now and next monday, i can tell you if we do, we will provide that to the family, but if we don't i wou
