so what are they saying, jade? >> reporter: well, we just learned that the vessel, the owner of this vessel, has just arrived here. we are live at half-moon bay. you can see that's the vessel phyllis. that boat ran ashore earlier this morning. we understand the owner of this vessel just got hold of his insurance company and may try to pump the fuel off the boat. the biggest concern right now is any kind of spill. the u.s. coast guard is monitoring the situation. that's who we're touching base with every half hour. there is about 2,000 gallons of diesel fuel aboard the cell you see rocking in the water. but this boat is not leaking at this time. there were several first responders. we spoke to the half-moon bay fire department who arrived first on the scene. they received a call about this vessel which the coast guard says initially capsized around 1:00 this morning. but you can see that the boat has just run ashore at this point. someone noticed that the 65- foot vessel on francis beach at half-moon bay state park

good morning, jade. >> reporter: good morning. this morning we've learned from the local paper that 27-year- old hoseys rodriguez bought four new tires from this tire and auto repair shop in patterson. any piece of information is welcome in this investigation. an amber alert was issued for his 2003 silver toyota corolla. it's seen here in this surveillance video an hour before the abduction. they haven't been able to compare any tire treads to those found around the time of the abduction near the canal because rodriguez has special oversized tires and a spare on his corolla. the owner of the tire and auto repair told the patterson irrigator he gave investigators the receipt for the purchase of four new tires back in april of 2009 by rodriguez. at this point divers have pulled nine vehicles from the canal. they've only compared one of the tire treads found. that from a stolen silver lexus. last night the family held a candle light vigil. more than 100 people came out to show support. the mother is convinced her son is not in the ca
