nbc 10's first alert traffic reporter jillian mele is monitoring a lot of cameras. jillian? >> that's right. good morning. right as we approach 7:00 is when things really start to get busy out there. we're still not reporting any accidents on the majors around the philadelphia area. 76 is slowing down. that's the westbound side. you can see crawling along right near city avenue. about 16 minutes is what we're seeing as your drive times in both directions between the blue route and the vine. the vine street expressway still pretty quiet. a little delay westbound as drivers make their way out to 76. that's pretty typical for this hour of the day. then the blue route is also still quiet, but we have some volume building right near route 1, especially on the northbound si side. for drivers in delaware this morning, no accidents to report on the majors there. checking drive times on 95 between 295 and 495, you can see about 10 and 11 minutes. that's what it's going to take you right now. still no problems to report on the area bridges and mass transit is on or close to schedule.

here are some other things you may want to watch out for with jillian mele. jillian?> good morning. i also did not have frost, but you may, so just be prepared for that. this is a live look in center city, philadelphia 95 at the split with the vine street expressway. 95 is clear the entire length. no accidents, no delays. the vine is also clear, so we're off to a good start on a lot of the highways including 422. you can see the lines of green out there means no slowdowns to report. and your drive times look great, seven to eight minutes in both directions between the interchange with 76 and route 29. so, nothing's slowing you down right there. the only place where we are seeing a possible delay is in gilberts gilbertsville. this is all because of an accident that happened overnight. it brought down a pole so repair work is still being done on philadelphia avenue at park lane which is route 73 philadelphia avenue. so, to get around that you can take hoffmansville road. there is no telling exactly how long that's going to be out there. tracy. >> jillian, thanks. >>> 4:

right now, jillian mele has your first alert traffic. good morning, jillian. >> good morning, bill. things got pretty busy quickly. we have an accident on 95 southbound just past allegheny avenue. the left lane is blocked. average speed approaching that accident about 6 miles per hour. a little shaky here, but this is that backup that we are seeing on the southbound side right as you approach allegheny avenue, all because of that accident that, again, is blocking the left lane. so, leave yourself extra time there. we also have an accident on 76 westbound just past the conshohocken curve as you approach the exit for conshohocken. and this is the delay that we are seeing continuing to build out there in the last few minutes. so, both of these accidents are really impacting your drive times right now. as you'll notice, 95 southbound from woodhaven to the vine, that is about a 40-minute trip. typically at this hour it's about 25 to 28 minutes. so, we're seeing a big delay there as a result of that accident and then a big delay on 76 westbound because of that crash. so, westbound from th
