"eyewitness news" reporter alicia newest live on the scene at 11th and spruce spoke with an eyewitness, good afternoon. >> good afternoon, jim, rahel. the nan we spoke to who was outside his home when this crash happened said people were in tears around here seeing that female bicyclist in the middle of the road almost instantly live less after lighting with the garbage truck. >> a fatal collision between a bicyclist and garage truck around 7:30 this morning in center city philadelphia near 11th and spruce street. witnesses say the bicyclist, woman who was in her 30's, was riding in the bike lane, on spruce, toward 11th, when at the intersection the garbage truck appeared to mate a right turn. the and it collided, woman suffered crushing injuries. >> she was absolutely motionless. >> nearby outside his home, this fatal crash happened, and he says he did not see the woman wearing a helmet. he also says in the 28 years since he he has lived here, he's seen several

i'm jim donovan. >> and i'm rahel solomon.uthorities tracked down huggins. cleve bryan joins us live in mays landing where chief a news conference is expected later this afternoon. whn you tell us? >> reporter: rahel, we expect to hear from the atlantic county prosecutor's office around 2:30 here in mays landing. they'll give us more information about the capture. it appears that 18-year-old who escaped from a juvenile jail yesterday has done quite a bit of travel. here's what he know. yesterday shortly after midnight, huggins and three other teens escaped from the harbor fields detention center in egg harbor city. authorities say huggins and the three other teens attacked the guards stole a car and of went on aar a mile from the jail and took off on foot. around 9:00 a.m. thetht in in bridgeton. that's more than 50 miles from egg harbor city but huggins wasn't with them and a manhunt continued for more than 24 hours in that bridgeton area. late this morning we get confirmed from authorities that huggins was caught in atlantic

"eyewitness news" reporter greg argos is live at the scene in kensington. so greg, what can you tell us. >> reporter: jim and rahel still a very active scene here at d street and indiana in kensington. i will step out of the way so you can see the damage. we're told both of them had two officers each in them, they were responding to a shooting call just a few blocks away when this crash happened. four philadelphia police officers were injured in it. we are told one officer was taken to temple university hospital for, an injury to his head. the others, treated at this scene by paramedics. officers from the accident investigation district are on the scene right now trying to piece together what led to this crash, and they tell us four officers, two in each suv were responding to a shooting call at kensington and east allegheny where they collided at d street and indiana. eyewitness tells me it appears one of the police suv's was traveling the wrong direction on indiana when crash happened and also placed around 10:15 this morning. despite the accident, septa p
