i'm jon kelley. >> i'm marla tellez. we are following a developing story in san jose. they found the body of a man in a waterway near blossom hill. bob redell has new details for us. good morning. >> reporter: good morning, marla. to update you, about 15 minutes ago, the sheriff's department dive team pulled this man body from the alamitos percolation pond. they have the body upped that blue tent. san jose police there are detectives, treating this as a homicide. if you look to the left down the shoreline, the body was found off the shore where that yellow bobber marker was. it was submerged there. this was a result of a fight between this man and another man, with only one of them making it out of the water alive. police say they received a call around 6:00 that friends were reporting this man missing. officers searched last night with no luck. the dive team then arrived at sunup and they found the man around 8:30. it is not clear if he died of drowning or something else. as i mention, they are treating this as a homicide because they don't know if this was accidental
