that's gotten hammered with this whole rotation, kevin. so in terms of interpreting you can have overvalued z d cyclicals, overvalid value, and you cahave undervalued tech. so wre do you go >> let's talk about one factor as an investor you have to consider we've never taken $1.9 trillion, put it in a helicopter, and just flown all over the land sprinkling it. that's essentially what we're doing. i've actually read the bill. there's a lot of was in there. as an investor, you have to figure out, okay, we're going to try to prop up a lot of dead businesses in that and that's very ineffective and and you have to think three to four quarters ahead. the sugar high is great. you've got to love the consumer. you have reports that half of this money is going into boyitcn and the stock market that was not the intention it was supposed to feed people and pay their rent at the same time, on volatility and growth, which you have to stay the course on, it's empowering the new american 2.0. every time i get into a discussion about the volatility of swlof

kevin: that's where things get dicey.ublicans would say they are not raising enough, and that by raising the corporate tax rate, that is only going to deter companies from investing in the united states and doubling down in terms of where they would like to make investments domestically. that is part of a longer-term debate, that once infrastructure really gets started with, is going to be very difficult to come to some type of consensus. yesterday i was speaking with lawmakers, and they still remain worlds apart on how to pay for $3 trillion worth of stimulus. lisa: perhaps the payment is the main issue in terms of getting some sort of bipartisan support for a bill, but there seems to be consensus that there are problems with respect to technological prowess and with respect to the supply chain. a viewer road and that the supply chain has zero capacity for exacting us shocks, and we are seeing that in delays for other supplies. is there any consensus on how to combat some of the supply chain and the disruptions that can

kevin: yes, they want a blank check.ould do that ceremony where they are holding a check with no number on it, they would take it. but beyond that, candidly, what i am also going to be looking for is the committee structure from a procedural standpoint in congress and the piecemeal approach because there are republicans who would candidly join with democrats on the state and local tax deduction issue, but also some republicans who believe in cybersecurity, infrastructure, rare earth mineral lifting of restrictions to develop that another part of the country, think of intel in arizona. there is some overlap on some pieces of infrastructure, but on free college and issues pertaining to that, that is just a democratic wish list. lisa: let's also talk about the potential ways we are going to pay for it. we have been talking about corporate taxes all morning. we have not been talking about the increase in taxes for those making more than $400,000 a year. what you hearing on this? there was a lot of uncertainty about whether i
