lehigh valley, berks county and the suburbs, even mixing into parts of philadelphia. first alert from sunday afternoon into the evening, we will see snow falling, lasting through monday morning. in those areas, looking at accumulating snowfall possible. for some, just a coating, for some a couple inches is possible. we change from snow to wintry mix to rain tracking into monday. the problem with that is with temperatures so cold, we are looking at potential for icing mostly on northern roadways north of philadelphia. temperatures now feature feels like conditions. it is chilly out there. looking at temperatures in the teens to 20s across the board. 20 for allentown. 19 in wilmington, millville, mount pocono feels like 11 degrees. philadelphia, half hour, feeling like 20. winds are back up to 28 degrees for what it feels like outside. here's a look at the winds, you can tell they're lighter than yesterday but they will be breezy as we move through this afternoon. we will track those in a few minutes. for now, quick look at radar and satellite. we had lake effect snow t

the warm air is in the process of sweeping past the lehigh valley. for another hour or so, be careful for possible slippery spots. the next hour and hour and a half the better conditions will be. we'll see the precipitation slide through you, by the end of the rush you're dry in the lehigh valley. up in the poconos we'll be below freezing for a while, even if you don't see precipitation lasting that much longer, the tempts will be cold enough where the roads might still give you problems with slipping and sliding. be careful up there. in philadelphia, we're looking at a fairly steady rain through the entire city down into wilmington. here comes the next batch of steadier rain highlighted in yellow and orange. be careful with ponding and puddling in the i-95 corridor. in south jersey and delaware it's not too bad, we see a break up, but the rain to the west of us will sweep through here, it could be early afternoon before we dry out down south. as we look at temperatures, well, currently in philadelphia, 39 degrees, well above freezing, it's all rain

lehigh valley, berks county and suburbs. with that change over to rain as we move into tomorrow morning. a look at radar and satellite right now. we have snow falling throughout parts of central and west pennsylvania. this is actually stretching now on radar at least throughout parts of maryland. interesting thing is, i'm checking ground observations in this area. not everywhere under this patch of snow on radar. it's actually reporting snow at the surface meaning some might be trying to fall. it's so light it's not making it to the ground. i can tell you baltimore airport not seeing snow, although under this coverage. but we look a little further to the west and frederick they are reporting snow. this is starting to track our direction. i wouldn't be surprised if any western portions of our area and extending along to the north, that we do see flakes this morning. this is not the bulk of the system. this is that front of the moisture way ahead of the system itself. it is something we have to keep an eye on if you're getting

what are you seeing in the lehigh valley? things moving out? >> reporter: yeah, things have definitely moved out as bill was talking about. the last few times we saw you there was a slight drizzle. rain coming down. that's not the case anymore. cars out on the roadway this morning and we're pointing our camera in this direction because we want to show you there's quite a bit of light there. you can see just how wet and slick those roads are. so expect that when you head out your door this morning you're going to want to take it seriously. take this into account when you are driving on the roads because we saw an accident. this is video. we were stuck behind this accident on the northeast extension about an hour and a half ago. there were two vehicles involved in this accident. you can see all of the damage to that one vehicle. luckily everyone at the scene said they were okay, but i can tell you it was snowing in that area at the time of the accident leading up to the accident we saw rain. so again, although we are not in the first alert mode a
