it happened close to midnight in los gatos.s live outside chp headquarters in san jose. we understand alcohol played a big part. >> reporter: investigators say alcohol is a factor. a party bus from the concert at the shoreline amphitheater. investigators say just about everyone on the bus was drinking but an up date on the victim of this fatal accident. she is a 25-year-old woman from santa cruz. she and another passenger got into some sort of altercation or fight while this party bus was heading south on highway 17 just before midnight. this is in los gatos. both fell out of the bus while it was going 45 to 50 miles an hour. the 25-year-old woman was run over by the party bus and died at the scene. the other female passenger involved in the fight suffered moderate injuries and is in the hospital this morning. the party was coming from the shoreline amphitheater taking about 12 to 15 people back to santa cruz. >> alcohol was a huge factor on this party bus. there was a lot of alcohol on board. there was about 12 to 15 passenger
