. >> i'm marcus washington. we'll get you started with a look at that forecast. before we get to that, we want to start with breaking news for you. a chaotic late-night chase that stretched from oakland to hayward. take a look at this. this is video showing a woman behind the wheel driving the opposite way up some streets. this all started a little before 10:00 last night. police tell us or at least tell our photographer there that that woman also dropped off two passengers on interstate 880. this is near high street, and two were later taken into custody. that chase eventually ended some two hours later in an area of mission boulevard in gretty lane. police say the driver was wanted for stealing a vehicle and taken to the hospital there. no update on her condition. >> breaking in san francisco right now, crews trying to repair a water main that ruptured overnight in the mission district. the break sent a flood of water onto valencia street. fortunately, the flooding caused minimal property damage. a viewer posted video of the flooding at its peak. no timeline fo

i'm marcus washington. >> and i'm laura garcia. we'll check that morning commute in a bit. first these temperatures are coming down. >> yeah. it's a cool morning. one of the coldest we've had of the season so far. as we start out with a frost advisory you may want to add an extra layer. as we get a look at where we have the frost advisory, it's even along the coastline. we can see those temperatures dropping all the areas shaded in blue, the santa clara valley, heading into the north bay. we are going to see a cold start to our monday morning. but these temperatures are just a little bit cooler than what we typically see as the wind continues to calm down. we may dip another few degrees but we're down to about 50 in san jose. 56 in martinez. and it's 46 degrees right now in santa rosa and some mid-50s for san francisco. as we get a look at san jose, what to expect, we're at 50 degrees now. we'll hold steady here, even dip another degree or two, and start to warm up with sunshine today especially going to shape up to be a nice one. more on that and what to expect. mike, you
