a close call for lake mead. federal water managers say we shouldn't hit a shortage for another year... but what's it looking like for started a fast moving fire in california.. 40 year old damin pashilk of lake county was arrested monday night. he's accused of starting the fire. officials say he worked as an inmate firefighter in the past. he had also been under investigation for a year before his arrest. a state of emergency has been declared as a result of the wildfire. as crews work around the clock to control the fire.
