(pam) the n-t-s-b is blaming poor road signs for the deadly crash. grant lodes has read the report... which was released late today... grant. (grant) the ntsb is blaming the state....saying the sinage was inadequate. this was on highway 101 in san jose in january of last year. it was dark and raining at the time. the n-t-s-b says the bus was exiting the freeway and because markings were old and worn or missing... the driver thought he was in the exit lane. it turns out we was not and went up a barrier.. rolling the bus... it wound up on its side. the n-t-s-b says the barrier should have been visible... even in the bad weather... but it was not. the n-t-s-b faults the state for not properly marking the roadway. also, investigators say the bus had seatbelts but only two of the 21 passengers were wearing them. the two passengers who died in the crash were
