this minnesota primary is on march 3rd. everything it on march 3rd puts minnesota at the front end of deciding who the democratic candidate will be. i think it certainly bumps things up earlier in the process whereas we were having these long drawn-out caucuses later in the summer previously. i think that maybe create someday angst around party divisions between who the party would support. it also motivates people to get out a little earlier as well. my sense about minnesota's interest in this presidential campaign is that it would be high even if amy was not on the ticket because they are keenly interested in how president donald trump will fehr, whether he will have another four years or now. they love to vote, so i am sure they will all be out there in droasts on primary and election day. the issue i here most about is health care. i think one reason that is, is because we actually have a very robust health care system in minnesota both from private insurance, we have major hospitals, not just the mayo clinic, but other

i graduated from college in minnesota.applause] the economy in rockford, ininois, where we live, 1973, the economy was getting very slow and as you might know, rockford was the second-largest machine tool center. in that 1960's, he saw the degradation of the jobs that left. combined with the location that we had come up when my dad wanted to retire, he said, we are going to come to minnesota. i came up, managed -- we are continuously 50 years in the business. from 1959, my dad became a dealer. more than 50. up,t the dealership, i came there was a dozen employees in 1979. today we have over 450 employees in several locations. >> as lincoln said, we talk about the 401(k), i'm trying to incentivize our employees. a lot of businesses would wait for somebody to be there are year or so and they are limited to what they can putting. we went to 78% participation overnight. when you look at all the employees, i can remember when the 401(k) for all of our employees, when it did $1 million, thought, wow. well, it is over $23 million
