if you saw what was a larger than normal moon, are you correct. it was the super moon. it made for gorgeous vistas around southern nevada. check out the pictures. this is at moon set out there at red rock and at moon rise, equally asor more beautiful than normal. but little later in the sky. and that's actually a good thing that you won't be rising until closeer to 8:00 because you've got a good chance to see the international space station and wave to the astronauts. it will be going very visible, bright from 6:48 to 6:53. about an hour and a half moving from the northwestern sky to the eastern sky. looks like a show moving shooting star. here's the view we had today. a couple of clouds clinging to mountains to produce the clouds but only around the edges of the valley. we didn't get anything flying directly overhead. as the air mass drives with more winds coming on wednesday, i doubt we'll see a bunch of clouds. and those winds have backed off. look at liberty high school at an early morning gust of 55. there's a gust of 53 up near to buffalo, no one extent now and in
