talking about this important topic, i won't say how long, steve murdock, jesus romero, thank you for putting this together, this important issue we need to talk about. i can't resist one more thing about myself. i recently got a little award, about 1000 people, they just started to distinguish the alumni award and that may distinguish -- i love that. i went over there, talk to some friends and told her the wonderful things about it. what were the challenges? had to take drivers education. and then she thought about that and said don't drive very well either. how much respect i get at home. we have been hearing and going to hear a lot about issues in coming months. we are in an election cycle. we can't avoid it, it will be with us a few months and you are hearing a lot of things said, some very compassionate, some very cruel, some in between but it will be much of that conversation is going to set a lot more heat than light. what i am trying to do, what i have done, our entire careers, call them like we see them, the numbers are what the numbers are and that is the bottom line. i will
