stems nice and white and they have to look nice and fresh. no yellowing whatsoever.hen you bring them home, in the refrigerator right away and open up the bag so they can breathe. if you don't, you lose a lot of nutritional value. they heat up inside the bag in the refrigerator so open it up. what i like to do is just take these and just clean it. then i put a nice little anchovie oil on top. heat the oil in the pan put the anchovies in there a little garlic, red pepper flakes and pour it on top of the dandelion greens. you will enjoy it. i'm tony tantillo, your fresh grocer. and always remember to eat fresh and stay healthy. love this stuff. >> always thought they were weeds.
