and nick foley is live with more at one of the scenes of the crime. we'll learn more today, nick. >> reporter: we plan on doing that, terrence. this is a 46-page indictment from the county court of common pleas and details a multicounty operation that resulted in tips of thousands of dollars stole -- tens of thousands of dollars stolen from atms across the year like here on east 55th and superior avenue. 11 people busted, but authorities are not ruling out that more people will be it's a case that goes back several months and involves stolen atms from stores in a number of counties like cuyahoga, lake, summit, stark, and lorain. 14 agencies were working together on this. five of the men were arrested on pratt avenue on the east side. in all indictments, 10 locations were hit and they were all rite aid stores. they used vans to steal the the houses using blow torches to pry them open. >> and they would take them to the front of the store. >> reporter: and as of now, the cuyahoga county prosecutor's office is planning an 11:00 a.m. press conference to ex

nick foley is live for us. we still don't know much about what happened here. >> reporter: this stems from an incident at a camp earlier this summer. the school was investigating the allegation as a possible hazing. now the ainfluencement of it this this forfeit appears to be a self-imposed punishment. lake catholic has been a football powerhouse for years with state championships in the the program has been under a mic slope scope after hazing allegations surfaced in june there will be a 1 game suspension and pert path of a letter sent to parents reads as follows. lake catholic high school has learned that certain disciplinary action is necessary to address that serious issue. as part of this disciplinary action, the school has issued a 1 game suspension to a number of players on its varsity because there are not enough remaining players after this suspension, saturday's game, tomorrow's game against toledo st. john, will be forfeited. we're expected to get more informs later today. what is also unclear is if

the morning sprint continues with nick foley. >> reporter: lake catholic has been conducting an investigation into a possible hazing incident that happened earlier this summer. the punishment has been issued to several players. they will not be eligible for game. the team will not have enough players to fill the team so they have forfeited the first week. they will scheduled to play toledo st. john's. the school has now forfeited that game. lake catholic has already informed the school they will forfeit the game. and letter also went out saying the school determines disciplinary action was necessary. a number of varsity players were indeed suspended adding members contrary to our catholic views and character. it also adds the suspension is only for one game. that means that after that the regular schedule will take over as planned. >>> it can be a terrifying drive down noble road in cleveland heights. several driver say someone is shooting out there car windows. one of those drivers was this woman here. she was on her way home from wo loud pop. she looks back and saw her back window was shatt
