the second robbery happened around midnight on the 6400 block of busle ton avenue, northeast philadelphia. two men armed with rifles robbed a group of people and ran off with cash and cell phones. the perps were driving a white challenger or charger. police were investigating an incident on woodhaven road. the description of the car and suspects were similar to the second incident. however, by the time police arrived on scene, that victim had left. around 10:00 a.m., police stopped a white dodge charger along the 7,000 block of oxford avenue a mile away from the last scene. four men were arrested, but only two positively identified by the second group of victims. cell phone, cash, a handgun and rifle were recovered. at this hour, police are still trying to confirm whether the two incidents were related. they were able to track down the first victim, the man who left by the time police arrived. they are not sure whether or not they he will want to press charges. >>> jeanette reyes channel 6 "action news." >> we have more breaking news in south jersey where a fire broke out at a newly const

mother with a second and third dose of insulin, the first case, happened, at a nursing home in northeast philadelphia but after the third incident, that point, police launched an investigation, and ultimately charged 50 year old donna horger with attempted murder this after abington hospital confidentially told police its staff was not responsible. hospital workers told police who ever injected 74 year old mary horger with insulin likely has a medical background, daughter donna is a pharmacist, and when police questioned her, she admitted that she injected her ill mother, three times. she explained that her mom continued to complain about persistent pain, mary horger suffers from dementia, osteoporosis, neither life threatening, but suffered falls in recent weeks, multiple broken bones. she has been hurting. her daughter's attorney told us mary horger's pain was no secret. >> the close family members were well aware of the pain, suffering, she was going through at the time. it is sad for everybody all the way around. obviously, my client loves her mother, but as she sat, and, you know, heard from her
