northern novato, 0.27. july 1st to 20 and 81/100 almost 21in of rain, 240% of average. yet you go south and east, you'll find areas that are below average. it's just been that kind of a season and i really don't see it changing all that much. the system is kind of moving south slowly. so again, solano county, napa county, sonoma, mendocino. looks like mendocino is on the backside of it. so it looks like it will start to move in toward san francisco, oakland here in areas east over the next i'd say hour or two. but this is all about areas to the north for now. and that's where the highlights are right there napa, san rafael, san francisco, oakland north far less to the south. it should get a little bit out there. tracy half mile visibility livermore went from a 6:45 miles. so that that helps concord three quarters. three quarters. also out at fairfield vacaville. so watch out. maybe out towards cordelia, marin canyon, hiddenbrooke, red top road, and of course out towards the valley as well. 50s for a few, bu
