prosecutors say aaron hernandez orchestrated the execution of a friend june 17th -- semi pro player odin lloydandez's lawyer argued thursday that the case against him is circumstantial. but prosecutors say they have plenty of evidence. saying surveillance video taken from hernandez's own home security system showed the football player with a gun. that cell towers tracked his movements. that text messages showedloyd ir he had rented. and that more surveillance video captured the car arriving and leaving the crime scene. lloyd's body was found in a remote area of an industrial park - not far from hernandez's home. as for a motive. >> "the two of them had gone to a club on friday night. they ended up spending the whole night together and there were certain things that happened during the night that he was upset about and now didn't trust the victim." >> catherine: newspaper reports thursday had more to say on a possible motive. saying hernandez is also being investigated now for a 2012 double homocide. and that investigators suspect that his friend might have been killed because he knew too much.
