you can see fire fighters have have packed up and left but peco is on the scene new trying to figure out what happened. apparently it started with one of their underground wires. let look at video that we have from earlier this morning when fire fighters first responded. now the first leak was discovered just outside an auto zone here on east main street. fire fighters were responding to a report of an electrical fire at a lamp post and when they a arrived they detect high levels of co coming from three businesses nearby. a apparently all of the smoke from that fire back up in to those businesses and the level of carbon machine oxide there was lethal. luckily nobody was inside because these are commercial buildings. it happened so late at night but then fire fighters started to go door to door and doing door knocks to check on carbon machine oxide levels in nearby buildings and then that is when they discovered a high level of co, in the apartment building nearby. just a block away so these two discoveries happening a block apart, two hours at part, six people living inside that apar
