what about the peninsula? you have 56 in palo alto and dalie city, 53. when that kicks up, each though it's not that strong, it will make 52 in the embarcadero feel like 40 so take the jacket to san francisco. and for the north bay, 58 in mill valley and 58 expected in novato. i want to focus in on the river flooding that we have had. the only river still at flood stage is the russian river at guerneville. we saw jodi hernandez reporting there earlier. the water is still very high. it is currently right at flood stage and 32 feet, but as we head through friday's forecast and saturday, it drops below flood stage and that really is some of the best news we've heard all week long. flooding rains here meant sierra snow and we're doing phenomenally well right now. 152% of normal is the snow water equivalent of 21.8 inches. on the extended forecast, dry weather not only for friday and for saturday, for saturday, sunday and monday, we cloud up next tuesday and then we possibly could get rainfall in here next wednesday and thursday. so far this storm system comi
