conor powell is live. is the iraqi military making any progress regrouping?e iraqi military greatly outnumber the isis fighters but for the last three weeks or so the fighters from isis have swept across iraq unchallenged. the iraqi military are launching offensive across the country and they said today they have freed, liberated a town and said that 200 more iraqi troops have arrived at the oil refinery, which has seen some of the heaviest fighting the past few days and also a large-scale airborne operation by iraqi commandos has taken place in tikrit. but the reality is the isis fighters control a lot of territory just an hour outside of baghdad so it's not really clear that the military is pushed back or knocking the fighters back on their feet. there is some skirmishes across the country. the fighters still seem to be in control of a lot of territory, have taken the past few weeks but the military is regrouping in the sense they're beginning to launch these counter-offenses. now all of this is happening as we're beginning to hear that two different human
