dion: that was rachel scott reporting.row, the family of former construction workers are set to learn their punishment for a major fraud case in the aftermath of the disastrous tubs fire. the accused the construction company of taking their money for sub par rebuilding work or work that was not done at all. the family ran a legitimate business but got over their heads after the fire wiped out more than 56 structures and killed 22 people. the accused husband, wife, and daughter all pleaded no contest to fraud. [tires squealing] at least two sideshows this weekend in the east bay. this one in valeo lasted 20 minutes before police broke up the crowd. last year, valeo made it unlawful to be a spectator or promoter of sideshows within the city. four people were arrested under that ordinance and one vehicle was towed. take a look at this sideshow broken up in oakland. police say they received several calls about the sideshows at 2:00 this morning. there were also reports of gunfire and people setting off fireworks. officers say
