two oakland city council leaders want to file a lawsuit against the raiders and the nfl... over the team's plan to move to las vegas. city councilman noel gallo and councilwoman rebecca kaplan...say they want their fellow colleagues to support them in filing the suit. the raiders are still playing in oakland...however they broke ground on a new stadium in las vegas last november...and plan to begin playing there in 2020. the lawsuit claims that oakland's government and taxpayers have been taken advantage of...by paying for a nfl team...that plans to leave anyway.
