ray castillo is a man they had at one point called the most wanted man in san jose. after a three-day manhunt, 33-year-old paul ray castillo captured at around 7:30 last night in west sacramento by officers from the san jose police department who tracked him there. investigators have been working non-stop to find the man they call public enemy number one. castillo eluded capture since friday when police say he wounded one man at a gas station and later kidnapped and killed this woman. radio host, real estate agent and mother cindy nguyen of campbell. police thought they had them surrounded friday night in a large apartment complex on north king road but after an all night search they discovered that castillo slipped past them. on saturday morning, the body of nguyen was found inside castillo's one-time home in the willow glenn neighborhood of san jose. investigators have been tight-lipped about how and where miss nguyen was killed. >>> at 7:35 p.m. members of the special operation unit arrested paul ray castillo in west sacramento without incident without anyone else
