he was 51-year-old robert john madge of redwood city. that's according to the marin county coroner's office. he was flying from oregon to san carlos in his single engine plane on august 18th. investigators say he radioed air traffic controllers at marin county airport that he was in distress. he was gonna try to make an emergency landing in a field. instead, his plane crashed sparking this grass fire that burned 32 acres. the faa is investigating the cause of that crash. >>> oakland police are looking for a possible arsonist after a brush fire broke out. it happened about 4:00 yesterday afternoon near el centro avenue. investigators say this is the same area where several suspicious fires were set earlier this summer. anyone with information is asked to call police. >>> 7:37. happening today, state senators will take a vote on a very important piece of legislation, one that could define what constitutes a sexual assault. ktvu's brian flores is live at uc berkeley with reaction from students on what the yes means yes is all about. >> repo
