released...in richmond haaziq madyun kron4news (grant) new tonight... police have released the identity of the man arrested during a sideshow in oakland over the weekend. the suspect is ponciano bojorquez. this is c-h-p helicopter video from that sideshow. there were about 200 cars near 54th and international. there were fireworks being shot into the air and several reports of gunfire. police say people began pointing a green laser at the helicopter. bojorquez was arrested on several charges including discharging a laser at an aircraft. if convicted... he faces a fine of 11-thousand dollars per laser strike. they include the chevron refinery, point richmond, north richmond, santa fe, and the iron triangle. joe vasquez is there right now with the latest. >> reporter: the fire is still going strong here at this metal recycling facility. right now it's the air quality that is causing serious concerns because of the chemicals in the smoke. late this evening a very unusual site not far from here the toll takers at the richmond san rafael bridge were ordered to abandon their post to seek shelter from the smoke. the bridge is still open to traffic but there will be no toll tickers until further notice. meanwhile this fire fight continues five hours after it started. the 20-foot high pile in the middle of the scrap metal recycling yard erupted into flames just after 5:00 this evening. heavy smoke billowed out from the scrap yard. they describe some of the burning chemicals as toxic. officials were especially concerned with high levels of carbon monoxide. the city of richmond called for a shelter in place which means stay behind closed doors and put towels in the cracks under the doors. this is
