quite a scene in san anselmo, a bear in the tree of the backyard of a couple. the black bear hung around for hours before walking down the road. it's the third bear sighting in the north bay in the past two weeks. it's not just bears that people are seeing more frequently. coyotes and other wildlife are also venturing into populated areas. experts say it's not quite clear if it's the drought or just more people at home to see them. >> number one thing is, don't feed them. i have a feeling a lot of these animals are being fed by people. they see a human and they associate humans with food. >> the team at san rafael's wildlife hospital says calls to its hotline are up 20%. this baby raccoon was dropped off just this morning dehydrated and hungry. >>> some quick work and a little luck stopped a small brush fire in san mateo county from becoming a much bigger issue today. it started near hunter park this morning. firefighters had a hard time because of the steep terrain. helicopters jumped on it quickly. firefighters told us lack of wind and a relatively chilly mor
