san francisco and half moon bay, you will be slightly cooler. yesterday san francisco hit a nice 70. today it's a whole different picture. this is a live look at satellite radar. it's sill sitting off the coast but it's expected to make its arrival over the next couple hours. san francisco could be seeing rain as early as 9:00. let's take a look right now at our hour-by-hour forecast. if you have any plans early in the morning or late afternoon, you're going to want to pay attention to this because we are expecting a few changes. by about 7:30, 7:00 a.m., that's still going to stay more along the north bay sitting off the coast. fast forward to about 10:00 a.m., that's when we'll really start seeing a few pop-up isolated heavy rainfall moments, especially out near napa. san francisco, out near oakland as well, you will see periods of heavy rainfall, also the possibility of some southerly winds kicking up anywhere between 15 to 30-mile-per-hour costs. it will be one of those days where you're going to want to have that umbrella ready. fast forward
