our team is in the elements this morning from santa rosa to the santa cruz mountains. we'll start with meteorologist mike nicco who is tracking the strong storm. mike? >> hi, everybody. we're going to talk about a three on the storm impact scale. that's a very strong storm. one that could potentially bring us some flooding and maybe even some power outages. we had a few of those already this morning. so far nearing an inch in san francisco. it did let up and a coworker said, is that it? i said, not hardly. it's come back. what to expect through tomorrow morning, rain, downpours at times, some flooding. gusts up to 45 miles per hour. flooding is possible in the north bay again. santa cruz mountains until 11:00 tomorrow morning. up around mendocino counties until 9:00 tomorrow morning. heaviest rain up and down the 101 up to santa rosa, highway 101 there. many reports of pond willing on the roadways today. the rain tapers down to nonexistent in the south bay. but it will give you back some rain. winds are starting to pick up. they'll be fastest from about now through abo

look at santa rosa, 47 degrees, mid-40s santa rosa, napa overnight. 49 for you in oakland, look at the sunrise, it's early, 6:21. i couldn't believe this when i crunched the numbers, but it's true. we are warmer than average for the month of april. it doesn't feel like it, we won't end the month that way, but 1.5 degrees above average. here's why it's going to get chilly, and fog will spread more inland. this area of low pressure has displaced our ridge, it's over southern california and southern arizona. stronger flow from the ocean, the ocean way is about 51 degrees right now -- water is about 51 degrees right now. the fan is going to be turned on stronger, as the low get closer to the bay area, tiny chance of rainfall north of santa rosa, and north of calistoga. it will be about the fog tomorrow morning, fog burning back to the coastline. another push inland on thursday, but watch the surge inland with low cloud cover on friday. all the way out to livermore, down to san jose, up to santa rosa, and east into sasoon bay. this is where the rain will stay, because the actual low pressur

it'll be at an encampment in santa rosa. dozens of people were evicted last week from a plot of land off sebastapool row. the eviction is set for 2:30 this afternoon. many people there at the encampment say they have nowhere else to go. time is 6:13, the fatal fire in san jose is still under investigation. it was first reported last night about 5:00 at a mobile home park on hermitage street near highway 237. firefighters found the body of a man in his 20s in the mobile home. it's possible he ran back into the burning home searching for his niece. fire crews started a frantic search of the entire mobile home park when they were told a 4-year-old girl was missing. >>> the 4-year-old female who was earlier reported as missing has been located she is unharmed. >> reporter: we're back out there live. these are live pictures right now of the mobile home we've been telling you about. turns out the little girl was at another mobile home with relatives. police have not told us the name of the man who died nor a possible cause of that
