and one of the problems this morning is accident here on the schuylkill expressway. live look at the westbound schuylkill asking right at the bottom of the girard avenue onramp. so between girard headed out toward montgomery, this is an overturned vehicle here that is involved in the crash only the far left lane is open. now, let's roll some video from the news van that arrived on the scene within the last half hour. again, the westbound lanes were closed, for quite some time as police and emergency crews responded to what first went out as a vehicle fire. but, i think what happened is the accident caused the vehicle fire and that's what we're dealing with right now on the schuylkill expressway. going back to my cameras if we could because some of the other problems we're dealing with this morning these heavy rains, the quick downpours causing flooding on the schuylkill expressway. i came in from the king of prussia interchange the whole stretch of the schuylkill just east of the curve that right lane is flooded out. when you see like a mattress, or some debris, float
