scott mcgrew, the president seems to have great success with his north korean counterpart. >> great success. let's call it that. successful summit. north korea has agreed to denuclearize and president and kim jong-un signed a document agreeing the two countries should indeed have more meetings and we've agreed to give kim security guarantees and north korea agreed to the denuclearization of the korean peninsula. but this is where we need to add an asterisk to our success. a couple reasons for that. first of all north korea had already agreed to denuclearization twice before. we is from 2007 when north korea agreed to end its nuclear program as part of the six nation talks during the bush administration. and then ain, they agreed back in april with negotiations with south korea. the other concern does complete denuclearization mean to them whatt means to us, complete no news. do you think that would be obvious. the specific language of how many bombs we're talking about, a time line all missing from this original agreement just signed. there's a promise to meet further. we hope to see that l
