then we are talking more rain, and snow for the sierra nevada thanksgiving.here we are right now with our satellite and radar composite and notice a little bit of moisture heading through the sierra nevada and most of the activity and cold air continues to stay bottled up to the north and west of us. we are talking another area of low pressure that will sink south, move over the bay area tomorrow and we are talking rain throughout the entire state for the most part. today enjoy that break throughout the afternoon, the he will evening hours. we are talking about dry weather right on through the early evening hours and then things do begin to change. maybe three quarters of an inch to an inch of rain with this next system as it drops down from the south. here's a look at what you can expect. by 7:00 tonight, santa rosa, napa, some light showers. we do have the main frontal band still to the north of us. so we are dry for the big game on the peninsula tonight. but by nine, ten o'clock, could be looking at light showers here. the rest of the bay area getting wet
