last night officers were called to a fight at the 1200 block of slater street in santa rosa but nobodyas there when officers arrived. a short time later a man with stab wounds arrived at kaiser hospital. the people who dropped him off flat, the injuries were so severe he had to be transported to memorial hospital. police believe the stabbing victim was in the fight, neighbors say that it sounded like road rage. the witnesses told us what they saw.>> i saw a passenger get out of the car. the driver and the passenger and then they stabbed the victim and got in the car. >> i heard somebody say get in the car and then i saw a man and he had some kind of baseball cap on. he ran to the back of the car and then the car took off as people were trying to block the car from leaving and shouting. the car then swerved to the left to get around another car and around the people. it almost hit somebody in the street. >> reporter: police identified suspects as johnny luis martinez and gabriela cardine. the suspects are believed to be in a white chevy equinox with the california license plate 6yzm739.
