certainly social services agencies are a significant recipient. we have realignment revenues to support ihss program and aps program. in das realignment the programs. we use these dollars more or less in lieu of general funds. you will notice in dignity fund $3 million increase that is the statutory increase that happens every year unless there is a shortfall of over $200 million in the city's projected budget. there is a surplus this year. no issue of the $3 million being added. in the general fund there are also a lot of gives and takes. you can see the fund amount drops. this reflects that almost all of the feeding budget was supported by the general and a little fema. most was in general fund. big drop and there are increases from several other areas. in recovery a small decrease to do with the fact there is a case management program that is shared by the department of public health and das. it is paid for in das. the department of public health pays money to das to support that. department of public health is reducing its use of the program.
