it's clear in the south bay.k at the warm-up headed our way. it's chilly now, but we're really thinking about this afternoon when we go from the upper 30s to the upper 60s and low 70s. so our morning starts out chilly, but then take a look at the high. 70 degrees in san jose. we're going to see some upper 60s for the tri-valley, livermore reaching 68. 68 in concord. and we're seeing temperatures headed for the low 70s in sonoma and santa rosa. so here we are on day 31 without a drop of rain. it's been a whole calendar month and usually we do see a stretch of dry weather during the middle of our rainy season. but on average it lasts about 20 days. so now, once again, it's a lot longer than we like to see. but then because we had such a big amount of rain at the first part of the water year, we're still at a surplus. take a look at spots like santa rosa, measured over 22 inches of rain. we're still at a surplus of 2 inches. you can see how much rainfall we've measured and how much over the normal amount it is for t
