spencer's here with an update on the forecast. really strong storm. >> it is.flow of atmospheric moisture is aimed right at the bay area, pushing in already. here's a live look at doppler 7. you can see we have light to light to moderate rain. a little of it down through san francisco and onto the peninsula. that's mainly light rain. but this storm is going to intensify rather significantly overnight. it will rank three on the storm impact scale for tomorrow and saturday morning with downpours and gusty winds. tomorrow as the downpours occur and the wind, we'll see temperatures in the 60s, so relatively cool day. a flood watch is in effect for the entire north bay, a good portion of the east bay and the santa cruz mountains. look for flooding roads, small streams, debris flows may occur, even mudslides and rock slides, and a similar watch is in effect for the foothills and the sierra mountain range. three to seven inches of rain may fall in those areas, enhancing flood potential. and mudslides and rock slides could occur there. and there's a flood warning on th
