congressman david jolly in st. petersburg where we are talking but the district 13 race between david jolly and former governor charlie -- charlie crist.>> the party is just getting started. you can see the empty right, you can see there is a bunch of people enjoying food, getting dinner before the party gets underway. jolly is seeking a second full term and is facing a daunting task because district 13 has been redrawn from its previous elections running from mid- pinellis south to st. petersburg with most voters being democrat. he has run a grassroots campaign with no funding from stop act, which would prohibit congress from soliciting funds. rick baker spoke to me earlier and he thinks voters appreciate his stance. >> are you predicting a win? >> i do. he is doing very strong right now. all that we have heard about the reports from what is going on today, the voting, very strong republican turnout today. i feel very good about this.>> reporter: we're going to have jolly's reaction to the voting results later toni
