further up 93, wmur's stephanie woods is joining us live from the hooksett tolls tonight. hi, stephanie. reporter: hi, jean. as you said there are a lot of people on the roads. a lot of people right now are just getting off of work and are eager to get their thanksgiving holiday started. as you can see behind us on 93 in hooksett there are a lot of cars on either side of the highway, it's still moving. but it's only going to get worse as the night goes on. a triple a travel estimates that nearly 47 million people across the country will be traveling 50 miles or more this weekend. and 42 million will be on the roads. that's 300,000 more travelers than the u.s. had last year. here at the hooksett tolls rest stop on 93 north, many people are headed to the white mountains, north country and vermont to spend thanksgiving with family. we just spoke to bill boynton of new hampshire d.o.t. and he says one of the reasons he thinks a lot more people are on the roads this year is because gas prices are so low. it's an average of 2.07 across the state, so a lot of people taking advanta

stephanie woods just spoke to investigators and is joining us live from farmington tonight. reporter: jean, after a months-long drug investigation, farmington police say they searched two houses and found two heroin dens. police executed search warrants at two different houses along with the help of three different police departments. at 538 main street, apartment 4 and 11 bunker street in farmington around 6:00 last night. they say when they arrived at the main street apartment, no one was home, but they did find paraphernalia with what they believed to be heroin residue. when they arrived at the house on bunker street, they say they found six people inside, four of which are now facing drug charges. 41, then 28-year-old kaitlin brooks, 21-year-old robert stanley and 23-year-old dylan patch. officers say when they arrived at the bunker street house, three of those people were inside the bathroom, using heroin, and trying to hide it from police, flushing it down the toilet. now we spoke to investigators today who say that heroin is a big problem in the city. but this case is
