if you're heading to tahoe, how about that? we have issues for tahoe as well.ssibility. starting later today, a lake wind advisory and windy dry conditions expect in the hills. so tahoe, expect the advisories lasting into portions of the weekend and perhaps a little haze out there. a little chilly to start the morning. but the afternoon highs in the low 80s. at home, we have partly to mostly cloudy skies and mostly clear for today. and the temperatures change so subtly. they will come down a little more. i'll show you that in the extend the forecast. we have a little bit of a north, northwest flow that is setting up that will increase into the weekend. and that is where some of the smoke will burn our way and further north in the wedding area. temperatures in the upper 40s to start the morning at saint -- san rosa. 58 in redwood city. and 64 out the door in san francisco. upper 60s and upper 80s in nevada. in the east bay, we got upper 80s to low 90s. 93 in brentwood. 73 in hayward. and a nice, mild for santa cruz this afternoon. 80 wood side and looking good i

overall, satellite/radar showing we got a little bit of action across the tahoe area yesterday. little bit of moisture showing up there. but for now, what we're seeing is definitely coastal clouds and that marine layer is out there this morning. and that's where we are noticing -- but good news is it's not affecting your visibility today. that's not going to happen until possibly again tonight because it will be back. here's your futurecast. it's going to stick around through 10, 11:00 today and then it will retreat and burn off. a lot of inland communities this is where the sub will appear today before -- is where the sun will appear today before the theast there. you can see that's where all that moisture came from across tahoe but this low is keeping that away from us. so once that starts to weaken, this ridge will be back. it's going to move back west and we'll start to see temperatures rising again. so for the a's game today we are talking about that, it's going to be fine, cool, sunny, 65 degrees. clear at noon. so worth checking out the a's. here's your afternoon highs in
