good morning erin. >> good morning, tam.ve been on top of this story since that fire broke out around 5:00 a.m. that's when firefighters were called to the scene at the 900 block of montgomery avenue in narberth. let's take a live look at this block. you can see that smoke billowing from the building its a fast signss were. when firefighters got to the scene around 5:00 a.m. there were at least two commercial buildings on fire. and you can see it looks like they're trying to break into that fast signs building but again, the smoke still rising from the top. we also know there's a montgomery county district court 38106 is right down the block from this blaze. there's also a cell phone business and a dry cleaners in the immediate area of the fire and just to give you another reference of exactly where this fire is occurring, the staples in narberth is very close by. but you can see a lot of firefighters on the scene trying to get this blaze under control. as matt pelman explained, you can expect traffic delays as you approach

good morning. >> reporter: good morning, tam.remely troubling details coming out of this investigation. we have now learned that authorities are investigating the possibility that gregory graf may have sexually abused the corpse of his stepdaughter jessica padgett after shooting and killing her. investigators believe there was a sexual motive behind this murder. there is no evidence, though, that the 33-year-old mother of three was having an avenue fair with her stepfather much padgett was found dead in allen township last thursday nearly a week after she vanished. authorities say that the 53-year-old admited to killing padgett and disposing of her body on his property. now, a family friend who had helped organize many of the searches for padgett following her disappearance says her family will continue to need support. >> when you learn of something as tragic as what's happened, you go from helping in one way to helping in another. >> reporter: graf is charged with criminal homicide. he could face the death penalty if convicted.

. >> good morning, tam. there are so many tragic parts to the story. perhaps the most heartbreaking there are two little girls who no longer have parents. the body of 35-year-old former marine reservist bradley stone was found in this wooded area and that's about a half a mile away from his pennsburg home. apparently he had stabbed himself to death after first killing his ex-wife, nicole, and five of his former in-laws and nicole stone had told neighbors that she feared one day her ex-husband would kill her. bradley stone faced several driving under the influence charges but montgomery county d.a. risa vetri furman said there was no evidence that suffered from posttraumatic stress disorder. he did not physically harm the girls during this killing spree in fact, he left them at a neighbor's house after he murdered their mother. now several hundred people gathered at the emanuel lutheran church in souderton last night. they prayed for the six people killed in the mass murder along with the lone survivor anthony flick. >> we appreciate the support from ev
